• Order will be delivered within 10 days of the customer placing the order. Delivery timelines vary according to region and courier availability.

• Beyond Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, COVID-related restrictions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the nature of our products — including limited editions, printed goods, and workshop/event bookings — we follow a strict no-return, no-exchange, and no-refund policy, except in cases of:
